"WBM+" is a project for a different life in the city. Neighbourhood residents share rooms that they only partially use, such as terraces, work and guest rooms, kitchens and
Saunas. The city becomes a big house with many inhabitants. People cultivate hobbies, have children, accommodate friends, celebrate parties, work on projects. This requires a lot of space. At
rising rents, this is becoming increasingly difficult in cities. In gaps between buildings and on roofs, these communally used spaces are to be built. For anyone who wants to live on less than 30
square metres per person lives, "WBM+" is available free of charge. This saves rent, gives everyone the extra space they want and creates living space for new residents. About the designed app
the residents organise their new neighbourhood.
The idea of jointly using gaps between buildings on roofs, building them up where necessary, and then organising the living space via app is impressive. This is linked to
the stipulation that the allocations can only be made to people who occupy less than 30 square metres per person. This saves on rent and gives everyone the extra space they want.
